Rentals :

• Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (possibility of mini-break in low season ; Information Phone Service)
• Reservations are final after payment of a deposit of 25% of the total amount.
• The balance is payable one month before arrival.
• Cancellation insurance is optional for 1€.
• Reservations can be made by telephone or email

Deposit Guarantee and City Tax :  

• City tax and deposit are paid in full on the day of arrival, before the keys
• The amount of the deposit depends on the type of rent between € 300 and € 500 ; It will be returned on the day of departure , or within seven days if the departure is outside the hours ( 8:00 to 10:00 )

 

Various :

• Linen rental (sheets and / or towels) : 15 € the pair / kit
• Cot hire : 35 € stay
• Final cleaning if not performed by the customer : Studio 50€, 2 rooms 65€, 3 rooms 80€
• WIFI Pocket : 1 week 35€, 2 weeks 50€, 3 weeks 65€

 

Water and electricity consumption :  

• Prices are included consumption for the months of June, July , August and September ; Outside this period, consumption surveys will be conducted and charged .

 

Home :

• The agency is open from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 18:30 by appointment. Saturday from 14:30 to 19:00
• For rentals
  • Hours of Arrival : 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday
  • Checkout Time : 8:00 to 10:00 on Saturday

 
No keys will be given outside office opening hours .

 

To arrive at St Raphael :  

• By train : 4h30 from Paris by TGV (Gare St Raphael / Valescure )
• By plane : 1h00 from the Airport of Nice Côte d' Azur, 1h30 from the airport of Hyères / Toulon and 2h00 from Marseille Airport

  • From Nice : exit 38 " Fréjus / St Raphael "

 

To get to the Agency :  

The agency is located in a private residence, " Acquarine ", located at 399 Route de la Corniche 83700 St Raphael.
To get there, take direction " city center of St Raphael " and "Palace of Congress and / or Port Santa Lucia ". At the roundabout of the Port Santa Lucia (2 km from the city center), continue straight towards " Cannes ". The residence is located 500m after the roundabout, on the left.
